Erick Philemon

Erick Philemon has an incredible knack for adjusting to new systems and he never backs down from a challenge.  Which is good because Erick is our Inventory System and Warehouse manager in Haiti and our system is constantly expanding!  He goes above and beyond to do what the works calls for. He comes in early to meet with makers and stays late to pack boxes and recheck the packing slips.  The best thing about Erick is his positive attitude! We’ve had some stressful situations and he keeps his cool.
